Criminal Liability for Bribing an Arbitrator (Adjudicator): A Critical Analysis

Federal Law No. 352‑FZ of October 27, 2020, supplemented the domestic Criminal Code with Art. 200.7, which established liability for bribing an arbitrator (adjudicator).
